  Lost is a tv thriller series which follows the survivors of flight 815. The series has 6 seasons and throughout these seasons each character’s story is developed and the survivors form friendships and relationships on and off the island. This poster promoting the series is simple, which allows an audience to become intrigued due to its lack of writing and bright colours. There is one caption on the poster and one font which is the title of the series ’Lost’ and it blends in with the grey sky in the background. The main image focus on the poster is of the main cast and the two main characters are positioned in the middle of the poster, Jack Shepard and Kate Austen. The colour scheme for this poster is cooler colours except for the bright green grass at the bottom of the poster which represents the island the flight crashes on. The target audience is aimed at all demographics and ages. Each character on the poster represents a different someone from differing occupations and lifestyles, for example Jack is a doctor and Kate is a convict. The poster represents this target audience through the use of all the characters from different cultural backgrounds and ages.
